Excellence in research is the basis for the solutions we develop and for our competence. Our research in the areas of Knowledge Services and Knowledge Relationship Discovery is of three types:

Research for companies

• Together with companies, we conduct application-oriented research. The goal is to use results from basic research in order to develop real innovations.

Connecting Graz as a location of science

• Through intensive Cooperation with the Faculty of Computer Science at Graz University of Technology, the computer science institutes of Joanneum Research and the institutes of the University of Graz we are closely connected with Graz as a location of science.

National and international programmes

• Through national and international research promotion programmes, we are connected with other established and well reputed research institutions. In this way, we can define the newest topics and work on them at the highest level.
